But this isn't viewed as a failure of the policy, it has led to evaluating and tweaking the policy for better outcomes ➡️ There is no evidence that decriminalising drugs in Portugal has led to an increase in the number of child deaths. Instead, the 2001 decriminalisation of drugs has led to a decrease in the number of drug related deaths. There will always be people trying to cross, but the evidence is more than clear. This was more than just border crossings. This was a well orchestrated and funded child trafficking operation. THE GREATEST COVERUPS: Former Head of the FBI confirms that 9/11 was orchestrated at the highest level by the U.S. Government. As a private investigator when he retired from the FBI he took on the Jeffrey Robert MacDonald case who was an American medical doctor and United States Army captain who was convicted in August 1979 of murdering his pregnant wife and two daughters in February 1970 while serving as an Army Special Forces physician. During his investigations into the MacDonald case he received a signed confession from Helena Stoeckley stating that Jeffrey MacDonald did not do it, that it was her Satanic cult group that committed these murders. The courts ignored the confession from her. Helena Stoeckley went on to confess that this was a large scale drug operation that was being covered up. They were flying drugs in plastic bags in the body cavities of the dead GI's coming out of Southeast Asia. There were military Generals involved, other military personnel officers, Police Officers and investigators for the Army. He also worked the Franklin Coverup Case involving illegal Government drug operations and Satanic cults. They were taking children out of orphanages and foster homes privately flying them to Washington DC for sex orgies with U.S. Congressmen and Senators. This was filmed and pictures were taken for blackmail control. Through his investigation of the Franklin case it led him to a Washington DC organization called "The Finders" which is a CIA covert operation for kidnapping children and trafficking them internationally around the world. In 1997 he received a tip from an airline employee that 210 children flew out of Denver to New York and then to Paris. The airline employee asked the female adult and two male adults who were with the children, who are these kids? The woman said "Child Protective Services, mind your own business." Today, on the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking - 2026, I had the honour of inaugurating the Anti-Drug Awareness Week organised by the Hyderabad Police Commissionerate at the ICCC, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The fight against drugs is not just a police priority it is a societal responsibility. I want to be very clear, the deadline is now. I have asked every officer, from Home Guard level to DGP, to remain committed to this fight so that our own children do not fall prey to it. What was once a transit point for drug trafficking has now become a consumption zone. Post-COVID, drug consumption has risen in both urban and rural areas. Our children are being targeted traffickers are going as far as mixing narcotics in chocolates and biscuits to hook young minds. This is nothing short of an anti-national activity. This is more dangerous than terrorism or Naxalism today and we must treat it with the same urgency. If there is no demand, there will be no supply. Reducing demand is our collective responsibility. I took an oath today along with my officers and the students present eradicating drugs is our priority, and EAGLE Force is in full action. We are working in close coordination with the School Education Department, DRI, Enforcement Directorate, and Customs to tackle this at every level. The Education Department has been asked to establish Anti-Drug Safety Clubs in every educational institution. Schools that fail to comply will risk losing their recognition. This is to inform the general public, Nigerians and the Delta State government Delta State Government that children from Happy Home Orphanage Okwe, Delta State were kidnapped by unknown gunmen who invaded their orphanage home since Sunday, 15th June 2025 and selected 7 boys and the only 17 year old girl from the about 20 children in the orphanage. After months of searching for these children, the police Nigeria Police Force discovered it was not even the police but some members of Kano State National Agency for Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons NAPTIP who came ILLEGALLY into Delta State to take those children named: 1.
