I have recorded calls with com bank similar thing . I transferred 100k out of bitcoin to my cash account , to then remove it in cash to buy gold bullion - gold dealers only accept cash Combank fucked me around for 3 weeks had to go have a meeting with them in the city at the main branch and they said I needed a secuirty gaurd with me to remove the cash They also limit me to max 10k a month transfers into “known crypto exchanges” . Almost all the banks do this - some have banned it entirely This is not a joke it’s 100% legit , your moneys not your money

It will only get worse with Digital ID & centralised digital banking.

Don’t forget this not the staff’s fault. It is the banks at fault and then onto the Gov regulations. Blame your Fed Gov people.

This phone call is unbelievable but unfortunately it's also very common with this bank. I buy and sell cars & quite often need amounts from 5k to 30k cash. They scrutinize me ALL the time and make my trading very difficult. They affect my business and quite frankly piss me off.

That bloke at the bank needs retraining and obviously the banks need to be looking after customers way better than this sort of rubbish service.

So what they're saying, in a nutshell..... "it's not your money, it's our money and we'll decide if you can have some pocket-money to spend."..... 🤬
