Dude, there's a huge difference between something made in a lab versus taking two different varieties of a plant and letting the pollen cross pollinate each other to create a new variety. They are probably calling cross pollination "man-made" so they can patent it.

Crossbreeding with pollen is a totally different thing from lab-made fake food. Improving fruit size or flavor comes from skillful fertilization. Safe, not dangerous. Not fake produce.
