'Race' belongs in a chapter of a soft Social Studies History course. All humans today derive from ancestors dating 70k yrs ago. All humans today can interbreed and produce viable off-spring. Mixed kids are not donkeys or Ligers. We are a Species, with ethnicities.

Got scared when I saw the thumbnail that you were going to come for him and then I’d have to come for you. Phew, we’re good. Have you read his autobiography? He was warning about race handouts in the wake of MLK’s assassination and how that would hurt black people. He said that he once heard his students say about him, “Sowell came in through the front door,” and in that moment he knew that every other black person would have to fight the assumption that they’d been ushered in the back door with handouts. How he knew that so early in the civil rights era, I have no idea. He’s a sage!
