Twenty+ years ago I saw this in London. A local said “watch them change shifts” so we did. They even traded the dog! It was the dog that got our attention but someone stopped and said to watch. We saw the same dog with two other people over the next few days. It’s insane.

Many yrs ago in euro country I was about to give a beggar a coin and a local guy stopped me. Said criminal org rounds up illegal immigrants coming across border, gives them a place to live and food as long as they beg on the street and give them the money. Slave trade.
