Anyone who thinks it’s a good idea to go to Las Vegas deserves to be scammed.

Why would I spend my time and money in a place where I constantly have to ask to have things removed off of my bill??? There is zero reason to visit Vegas. It’s over!!!!

Used to go to Vegas a lot for work and while I wasn’t a gambler, at least I could enjoy the restaurants. Haven’t been in a while and seeing this, will never go back.

Every restaurant should be legally required to incorporate all fees and taxes on all items so there isn’t any confusion to what the total cost is.

Unfortunately, only way bogus fees like that will be removed is when the customer is savvy to identify it and deducts it from a reasonable tip. 20% - CNF = tip. (With the math showing on customer signature part.) PS This is specific to creating change - and customer fairness.

I don't bother asking. The tip is just 4.9% (or whatever the CNF is) lower as a result. If the server wants it, they can have their manager take it off. It's not worth my time to give the same amount of money anyway.
