This man is completely delusional. Keir Starmer says he “rightly” levelled with the public but just couldn’t “convince” them about his change and how much better their lives would be. No, Keir. The public saw your “change” and they hated it. Because it made people’s lives measurably worse. You can’t spin or “convince” your way out of reality. The people have spoken loud and clear. Take net zero: have you scrapped it? No. Have you been honest about the crippling costs being dumped on families? I’m really not sure this is fair on British people - obviously these me will advocate for more of what’s benefited them. Neither is it fair on these men - it seems disingenuous to focus the whole debate on a few unique cases. That’s not how you form government policy. So, is it unsafe for every man in Iran under the regime? Surely it’s worse for women.
