Is anyone seeing how flooded different facebook groups are after the announcement? So many LMIA folks stating concern whether they will be safe or not to receive invitation until spring. I guarantee a huge number of people bought LMIA that are currently in the pool with 500+ crs

First they deleted STEM, OINP tech draws dead, now potentially killing the 50 points even for ICTs LMIA exempt. What an awful time to be an Engineer who was transferred to Canada. I think USA is the next move.

Could you please confirm whether ICT employees with LMIA-exempt work permits can still claim 50 CRS points for a valid job offer under Express Entry. If The employee holds an LMIA-exempt work permit under the ICT category??
