It was the EFF that applied the pressure to change that. By 2017, Zuma U-turned to Expropriation WITHOUT compensation only because the EFF made it a national crisis. In 2018, it was the EFF’s motion to amend Section 25 that Parliament adopted. The Fighters fought hard for Land Expropriation without compensation not Jacob Zuma’s ANC.
