Border collies are the smartest dogs you'll ever see. This is a good owner. A lot of people never give them the stimulation they need and they get depressed and erratic.

wtf are some these comments? Some of y'all never played with a Border Collie, they are sheep herding dogs bred to herd sheep for hours. Not everything is cruelty, this is actually the opposite, it's just playtime to the baby.
