Today was an extremely proud and exciting day for me. As you know I currently drive my chair using my head on my headrest as my arms didn’t have the strength. But today I got a joystick fitted on my wheelchair and I have now built up enough strength and movement in my arm to use my hand on a joystick to drive my wheelchair. This is a goal I have been trying to reach since 2017 but I simply wasn't strong enough to do it. I have no finger movement but I now also have enough strength so I have a little button you can see on my arm rest that I punch to turn on the wheelchair & to select my menu💪 Ever since I done it today I haven't taken the smile off my face and I am just buzzing knowing that my hard work and stubbornness was worth it over the last 6 years since my accident. The fact I was told I would never move a muscle or a limb again makes it that much sweeter. I told myself that there will be haters, there will be doubters, there will be non-believers, and then there will be ME proving them wrong. I hope I am an example for others to show you can beat the odds! 💯 Thank you so much to everyone on here believing in me and continue supporting me everyday, this success is as much for you as it is for me. Please give this video a share to spread the word so it might give another person hope. I finally watched Dirty Harry for the first time! This has been on my list for a while, and it ended up winning a poll during a YouTube live. I already knew I liked Clint Eastwood, but I was very curious to see him as "Dirty Harry". I expected him to bring a little cowboy energy to being a cop, and he definitely did. And today until lunch I did everything myself. I put on this shirt myself - no one helped me. These shorts - also myself. No one helps me record this video, I record it myself. am fighting for my life right now. For the last few days, I have been breathing in air contaminated by raw sewage that flooded my apartment. The corporate owners, Bryten Real Estate Partners, eventually sent a crew to clear the visible waste, but that didn't solve the problem. I want to be very clear about why I am still so sick. Just because the floors look clean now does not mean the home is safe. When raw sewage sits in a house, it releases microscopic bacteria and toxins into the air. Every time I breathe, I am taking those poisons into my lungs. Because of my medical history (spinal cord injury, collapsed lung, breathing machine) and being immunocompromised, my body cannot fight these pathogens off like a healthy person’s could (and ‘healthy’ people still die from this) My immune system is already under a heavy load, and breathing in these toxins is a direct threat to my life. Two different doctors have confirmed that my lungs are in distress and my home is a life-threatening environment. My lungs have been on fire for days. My doctors have legally told me I cannot go back into that apartment until it passes a real, scientific air test. I send Bryten emails tirelessly. They do not respond. I’m sure the “Freeze” is advice from their lawyers. Management has been heartless. They only offered to test the air after my doctors made it a requirement. But even then, they tried to use a test that wouldn't actually find the toxins making me sick. As soon as I sent them a list of the actual scientific standards needed to prove the air was safe, they canceled the testing. They would rather leave me sick and displaced than pay for a test they can’t fake. They also lied to my renter’s insurance, and they’ve ceased communication with me. I am left with no financial support from them at all. My next-door neighbor has a two-year-old child living in worse conditions, and Bryten Real Estate Partners knows that, but they still refuse to do the right thing. I’ve had to stop my training and my coaching is on hold. Right now, I simply don’t have the physical or mental capacity to work or make the videos you all love. I am exhausted and I’m facing being penniless while I fight for my survival. I won’t stop fighting this. I am holding this corporation accountable so they can’t do this to anyone else. I waited until the very last second to ask for help because I hate doing it, but I’m out of options. The only reason I’ve even gotten them to do the bare minimum is because of you all. I’ve had to stop my bodybuilding training and my coaching is on hold. Right now, I simply don’t have the physical or mental capacity to work or make the videos you all love. So this is a little different for me…I don’t often cover other people’s songs to share on my “socials”. So this is a little different for me…I don’t often cover other people’s songs to share on my “socials”. But every so often a song comes along that moves me, inspires me and reminds me again of the power of music and why I love it so much…and I find myself walking around singing it. This powerful new song from Mumford and Sons new album which is amazing by the way) hit me hard…I “felt” it in a deep way…so I grabbed a guitar, fired up the iphone camera and decided to share an SCC version with you. 💬: what advice would you give to your past selves while making this album? 🐖🐇: the advice i want to give myself is “you did well by doing it. whatever it is, you did well just by taking that first step” i think that everything i've done, no matter what it was, has shaped who i am today. i'm glad i did it and i want to tell myself not to hesitate in the future. though a little hesitation is sometimes necessary. i'd say think about it for a bit then go for it!

Please take a minute to listen to an 18 year old Arvid Lindblad's response to a world champion asking him 'What is this world like, the F1 world? You've obviously been in F2, but this is something different altogether, the pressure it brings.' Arvid: "It is very different and to be honest it's hard for me to really answer that now because I've only done a weekend, I don't really know what it's all like but I think it's an interesting point you make on pressure because a lot of people told me and you know.. I've done one weekend I don't want to talk too much but coming into this weekend a lot of people said there's going to be a lot of pressure and all this and that. In the end, I'm here for myself, I worked my whole life to get to Formula One, I don't have to do it for anyone, I'm here for myself because when I was five years old I had a dream and my dream was to be in Formula One and I was living my dream today and I just wanted to do as best as I possibly could you know and yeah."

Critics and audiences are at each other’s throats over Citizen Vigilante, and I’m going to tell you what this fight is really about. This isn’t a review like the critics give — I lived on the other side of this fantasy. A masked vigilante hunting down criminals the system let walk, including a mob boss? I know exactly what happens to a guy like that on the street, and it doesn’t end the way it does in the movie. Fair warning: it’s a rough, violent film, and I say so. Watch to the end for what I think you should actually do about a system that fails people.
