He wanted to build products that can bring social impact. Two years back, he joined Inverted Energy and began working on next-generation E-rickshaw battery systems. He learned that batteries deployed in rural Bihar were facing some new challenges. To understand the root causes, he travelled to Bihar himself. He is now visiting dealers, interacting with field teams, and documenting electrical, mechanical, and structural issues to study the problems from the ground up and develop more robust solutions.

Not sure I'd completely agree with that ;)
