Eye tracking/video system demo! Thanks for all the support!! I never thought this project would gain such attention...❤️ Video over VNC runs at low framerate and causes very visible tearing. Second video shows how I'm able to see👀 #fursuit #openmv #dragon #raspberrypi

oh man this is so cool.

Thats super cool! I would be interested on how these eyes looks like in natural light/ sun outside :0

Need to take some pics in the future ^^

I'm curious, what kind of light are you using to light up your eye? I'm using an infrared led but my iris reflects all the light so it stays white like everything around it. Only my pupil appears black.

Used an array of 3 small ~70mA leds that have max 40 mW/sr radiant intensity. I highly recommend checking this or some other eye safety risk assessment Also set the camera sensor exposure/contrast registers high to filter out unwanted shadows.

I would absolutely love to do something like this to my suit. I've been long wishing I could have some sort of camera -> VR headset situation inside because my current resin eyes make my vision super bad in suit. I really hope you're going to make a how-to on this.

This is still very much on it's early stages and there are better display choices and things to improve, but maybe one day ^^

Wait its a whole ass AR/VR headset in the mask? Furries are the real Cyberpunks for real, this is like, better AR headset than what Apple put out, thats insane. Thats so cool.

Bro stole my idea I had 3 years ago... If you want I could try making software to detect possible dangers and label fursuiters so you always know who you're looking at at a con

hmm, by using furtrack data?
