Improved the floor collision even more for #EmberGen 1.0, now adding some much needed friction, effectively making it a no-slip boundary. The free-slip condition used before tended to be unstable in certain setup, and gave the smoke an unnatural "sliding" motion along the floor.

Banded Neck Chin Tuck This is a super simple neck exercise great for improving posture and reversing "Tech Neck" forward head! The band is connected to a pullup bar here but you can wrap them around anything. Standing closer to the band's attachment will make it easier, further away will make the resistance higher! You can do this for every head movement direction to train different parts of the neck.
