Markets are supposed to be based on supply and demand but with zero transparency and loopholes that have loopholes Regulators that don't regulate. So why not sell more shares than the legally issued float. But you can't have price discovery based on supply and demand if there is endless supply. Shares are a Companies Currency so it's no different than Counterfeiting money. But if you Counterfeit a $20 bill you will be breaking the law and there will be consequences. Counterfeit Millions or Billions of Securities no problem. Why❓️ Because the Billionaires don't play by the same rules in fact they don't have any rules.
