“What did you think of Lando being booed at race because people and I've seen it online as well say he doesn't deserve the title because McLaren favored him over his teammate. Do you think that's total nonsense?” Jacques Villeneuve: “That's a little bit ridiculous. When there was some booing in some races, that was embarrassing. You should never boo a driver that's clean, doesn't do anything dirty, on track is respectful, and on top of it is super fast. What's wrong with people? That was embarrassing. And, had it been that Piastri was a second a lap faster than him and somehow Lando was winning because a lot of things were happening, his car breaking down every time, then you could start thinking, okay, that's really not cool. That's not fair. But that wasn't the case. And in the second half, Norris has been faster right at the beginning as well, last year as well. So there's this whole middle of the season where Piastri was driving a lot better than Norris and was getting the points. Norris had an engine blowing up, not Piastri. And so those fans, they don't look at that either. You have to look at the whole picture, at the whole season. And suddenly if your favorite is starting to go backwards, you just got to bite the bullet and accept it. Your favorite is just going backwards. That doesn't mean that the other one is treated better or the other one is undeserving just because the one you're a fan of is not winning right now. That’s really wrong. If you're a fan of the sport, then you have to be a fan of the sport and understand when your driver is maybe not cutting it at this point in time, even though he was before and he will in the future again. It's all a question of timing. But that's the price we have to pay now with social media and how big F1 has become. It's very passionate. The people are passionate and once, you know, fans come from fanatism, you stop thinking, when you get in that mindset and it happens to all of us. You want something so much that you get attached and you cannot - it's hard to start seeing reality. So you will try to mold the reality to your thought process and if your champion is not winning then it cannot be his fault. It has to be something from the outside. It has to be the team destroying his chance or not favoring and so on and so on and so on. But there's nothing concrete behind those comments. It's pure fandom and it'll always be like this. And ultimately it's not a bad thing. You know drivers at that - sportsman at that level have to grow a thick skin. If not, you don't deserve to be there. You just have to have a thick skin because they're all very happy to get the compliments. They love it when it's just positive, but it gets balanced out with negatives and you need to be able to take and accept the negatives as well. It goes both ways. You cannot have the good. You just have to be a thick skin and know that it's part and parcels of what's going on. And in one month, it will be forgotten and maybe everything will change and it be the other driver that suddenly will be criticized and so on. So, it's just that's just the way it is.”

When you learn the fundamental law it is important to get in front of your government servants in the presence of the people to teach both the people and your servants that the people have all the power , that your trustees are there to benefit the people , to tell them where they are falling in danger of maladministration, what the law is and how to correct it. It is in exercising your power and right that brings forth a paradigm shift like none you’ve seen before. Doing this flips your local state and federal government back to the people as the people learn and start joining you in speaking the law. It becomes no longer about complaining about the issues but using your power and authority as it is written to correct and bring the change necessary to secure our republic for yourself and for the common good of all. This is not only our right but our duty to teach our trustees what their job is. Many say they won’t listen or live in fear of what they may do, but as you can see here I spoke in front of police officers and our trustees and I was not detained or restrained from standing on my authority. I also was not called a sovereign citizen and the outcome of getting the people to stand with me in signing those notices and serving them made our county board do right by the people and not pass the mandate. There’s a reason Ben Franklin said “ a republic if you can keep it”. He was saying it’s on the people to maintain what they secured for you. The people need to show back up and run their nation the way our founders laid out in all 51 constitution they penned. You do not have a past-self living within your mind or body. You only exist in this moment at the age you currently are with all that you've lived through. No part of you is a child. You cannot heal the 6-year-old self who was neglected. That neglect was very real if that's something you experienced. The pain you feel from that neglect, it matters and it's real. But only the 25 or 32 or 45 or 56-year-old self staring back at you in the mirror can actually be healed. And she can't be healed by you. The self cannot be both the problem and the solution. It's actually a power outside of you that can heal you as you are right now. Namely, it is the God who created you, who alone has the power to heal you and to help you. And yes, He speaks to you as His daughter, no matter your age, but not as a toddler. He sees and cares about your childhood, but He communicates to you as the adult you are, not as the baby that you were. The Christian approach to trauma is compassion. Yes, absolutely. But it is also the difficult Holy Spirit empowered work of finding our worth in Christ and forgiving those who have wronged us. This is where true liberation is found. It is not found from self-discovery and self-love. No amount of speaking to your inner child, which doesn't actually exist, will lead you down a path of lasting fulfillment. Counseling, in light of that truth, can be helpful and healing for the Christian, but no borrowing of New Age psychology will do.

Farewell to International Space Station! This is truly a special place, special mission, and special team that makes it happen. It is a bittersweet departure today – I have a keen awareness that I may never be back here, and even if I was, it would be at a different time with a different crew. This chapter is over. Spaceflight has always been a life goal, and it has turned into a life-fulfilling endeavor – but not for the reasons I thought growing up. When I was young, I pictured the launch, the incredible ball of fire and the acceleration, the spacewalks (how could you not wonder what it’s like to be in that suit?), and I was fascinated by the shuttles, capsules, and stations. But as I complete this second mission living and working in space, what draws me to this job is the people. Experiences like this are amazing, but the relationships we build that make it possible are the “why.” Every day, this mission depends on people from all over the world, of different nationalities, races, religions, and cultures. It depends on government and commercial entities, it depends on all political parties, and it depends on commitment to an unchanged goal over many years and decades. It depends on people dedicated to being part of something bigger than themselves, whose names may never be known but who wake up every day to make the world a better place and to be part of something they will be proud to tell their grandkids about. History will look kindly upon them. Humans have always had a propensity to explore … across lands and oceans, up mountains, and into the sky. We as a species will never stop wondering what else is out there, and what it would be like to go. But then, in the words of TS Elliot, “…at the end of all our exploring, will be to arrive where we started, and know the place for the first time.” Crew-10 is on its way home.

Why did I move to El Salvador? Very simple. Literally my purpose in life is to uphold my responsibility as a father and cultivate the best possible future for my children, using the knowledge and resources available to me. To some people, that means stocking up on ammo and having lots of Bitcoin for the inevitable end of the world. But me, I prefer going down the path of lesser resistance. Why 🇸🇻 ? I see hope here. I see actual problems being solved for real people. I see a government with a low-time preference looking towards the future. I came here with the intention to build something beyond the scope of my own desire... and the results in only 3 months are literally palpable. The opportunity is fertile. Meanwhile, I've watched my home country/culture deteriorate over the last 15 years, along with much of the Europe I fell in love with as a young adult. I don't see hope there. I don't think I ever did. But El Salvador is a place visualizing a bright future and taking the steps to create it. I don't have to generate that hope & optimism, because it permeates the air here. I obviously don't know what the future holds. But in this place, in this moment, where women can feel safe walking around at night, the hardest money in the known universe is legal tender, and a shared air of optimism that is all but clinically contagious, I can't say I'd be doing my job well as a father if I didn't at least 𝘵𝘳𝘺 to make things work here right now. End rant. We wanted to light up a night sky that belongs to you on that special day. However, at that time, limited by funds, geography and implementation conditions, this wish has never been realised. Since then, before every meeting in China, we have tried to promote the landing of drone support, but we have always been stranded again and again by multiple factors such as venue, approval and time. In fact, we never imagined that you would come to the scene in person. Originally, we planned to issue a support announcement on the day of the performance, invite Hangzhou offline Paca to watch, and start the live broadcast synchronously, so that more online Paca can witness it together. But the day before the performance, we received a notice from the organiser that you may clock in according to the schedule. At the same time, we were specially told not to release any support information in advance. Because the performance site is located in one of the landmark areas of Hangzhou, the flow of people is dense, and government activities will be held near the performance site on that day, the size of the crowd and the order of the scene must be strictly controlled. In order to avoid any possible negative effects, we finally decided to record and release with aerial images after the drone performance. It's rare that it's not a red-eye flight when we came to Hangzhou this time. It was almost six o'clock in the evening when we landed. We thought that your trip would be very busy today.
