@lateinteraction Yes! remarkable let's you turn on developer mode it is then, just, a Linux box with a special display and inputs channel. I let coding agents ssh into it and try fun things. So much to explore!

I did exactly this last year using Apple's on-device models. Fully offline -

It's the same LLM behind every chat box. But writing to it by hand, no screen glow, no app, changes the whole feel of it. Starting to think we've been blaming the models for what's really an interface problem. 🪶
