I just got home from an amazing love filled weekend sitting with mother Ayahuasca with my soul family whom also serve medicines for our own healing, expansion, clarity, and guidance. We each recieved just what we needed for our paths in this moment in profound ways. This sacred medicine is a doorway to the soul and truth and sometimes it's uncomfortable. Mother Ayahuasca is like a stern loving grandmother that makes you face yourself and then shows you creation and the cosmos and more. You face yourself and all of your blind spots. You are shown where you are not acting from love and integrity. Your bad habits and things not aligned with your soul are front and center. All your trauma is brought up to be faced and released in forgiveness for yourself and others. You are wrapped in the unconditional love of the creator and given the opportunity to let go of the past and move forward with grace. Once you recieve these insights, you are then responsible for taking accountability for your actions. If you run back to old programs, you will face the consequences because spirit showed you, and now you know better. Ignorance is bliss for those unwilling to change their ways but in reality ignorance is the root of all suffering. One cannot avoid harsh truths and live through spiritual bypassing and truly be at peace within themselves. This path is not for the faint of heart. It requires immense courage and sincerity. One experiences Love beyond anything here on Earth, This love demands truth and accountability. You cannot hide and ignore truth and be genuinely happy and fulfilled. We often make excuses for not showing up in life in ways that we know are for our own benefit. If you lean in and do the hard things, life paradoxically gets easier. Doors open, opportunities arise, synchronistic events abound, and you begin to meet others who love and support you without judgment. You must walk the path with a humble heart in accountability and integrity. If you truly want liberation, this is the only way. I look forward to hosting many retreats this year to hold space for others in their healing and remembering! We will be doing retreats all over the US and some out of country! God has big plans and I'm just here to listen and serve to my highest potential! If you are interested in plant medicines, microdosing or participating in ceremonies please message me and book a call and we can discuss to see if it's a good fit for you and what medicines you may want to explore. Love you all! 🙏💚🫂🌌♾️

I know there are many people out there who credit dogs for keeping them going, getting through tough times and even saving their lives. I’ve heard the personal stories from 100s of people. Dogs are so pure and unconditional with their support and love. I can’t explain how much pressure and stress I’ve been under the last year and in particular the last 3-4 months. Tina may no longer be with us but it is because of her that I keep going on this mission. In the dark times I think about her face and her warm cosy fur. I’m not sure but were it not for Tina there are times when I might have broken or had to stop such was the suffering and pain we see. So much is about to come together… 📕 In 43 days the book about Tina will be out. It was a work of pure love. But exhausting too emotionally. 🏥 Tina’s field hospital opens on Tuesday with our new vet starting. Her big hospital is also being built. 🎤 I’m doing about 7-8 events in Ireland and England in May followed by the USA telling Tina’s story to 1000s of people. I’m terrified. 🥘 Her little sibling (in my head) Alba has her own kitchen just open feeding 1250 dogs a day ✂️ We have funded over 20,000 sterilising in 2025 already. That’s just a tiny amount of the things happening. We do them all for the street dogs but I personally do them for Tina. Some dogs (and people) shake you and move you to your very core. They are soul dogs. That is Tina for me. I was exhausted and burnt out tonight with so much to juggle so I sat in bed and opened my Tina folder of videos on my phone. I wanted to sleep but just seeing her face made me want to share a little video and write this. She just makes me want to put more good into the world for all to share. Maybe when I get through the next 2 mad months I dream of sitting on a little quiet beach somewhere on my own reading a book, fully offline and just thinking about Tina. I’ll tell her about all that has happened. I’ve not been able to do that yet. But for now there is one more big push needed in Tina’s name 💛💙

Leaking my biggest winners part 2: My most OFFENSIVE ad of all time? This was for Ecom Affiliate, a Security Camera offer. We were the only ones that managed to compete with a Melania and Elon deepfake affiliate, without crossing that line. This "dark lord" angle was the reason why. When selling ecom shit, the angle is everything. Finding one subset of the market that would buy the offer for a specific reason, and hyper targeting that ad. I was selling a security camera. Meaning at the core I was selling: Security. For me to sell security, I need to find a fear to sell security against. The ICE protests were all over the news at the time, and tne massive fear amongst conservatives at the time was ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. It was also a touchy topic so I knew engagement would be crazy. So like the disgusting vultures that we affiliates are, we decided to turn the chaos and political divide another country is going through into cold hard cash for ourselves. Here's how we did it: 1. I made the actor a military dude with camo face paint. Why? Because conservatives LOVE the military and believe everything they say. It also plain stops the scroll. 2. I included an absurdly fake statistics about how many homes are affected by "illegals" breaking in. 3. I said "the government is urging all patriots..." this is to provide authority, since the target market loves Trump. Patriots is self identification (us vs them). I ended up having to change this due to ad rejections and I instead said: "One of the top military commanders is urging", etc. 4. I reframed the product as a "military" camera (because these people love the military, camo etc.) designed to protect them until the "wall is built". 5. A little product demo section highlighting the benefits. 6. Note the language I'm using: "Patriots", "Great Nation", "Wall", etc. The entire ad appeals to a very specific avatar and speaks their language verbatim. 6. Price justification: "steep discount because that's how much they cost to produce" 7. Final little dagger to their fear bone to push them over the edge: "These animals could strike at any moment". Fear, division, familiar language. The most extreme close I could come up with. Last thing: The landing page was a quiz asking them if they're legal residents making them feel like they've earned the deal they're getting. That's all for today, I plan to share one more ad for this offer (super different angle), and 2 loan ads that make this ad look PC. Any preference around which one I should break down first?

Today the Texas House of Representatives passed a bill requiring that the Ten Commandments be placed in every classroom in the state. But it was the 15th Amendment on the bill, laid out by Nicole Collier that is something that every single person should hear - and should watch. You see, the language that has already been approved for these classroom posters is the language that is written in stone outside of our Texas State Capitol. And it includes “Thou shall not covet thy neighbor’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his cattle, nor anything that is his neighbor’s.” As Rep. Collier so eloquently articulated here, the terms “manservant” and “maidservant” are what they called slaves in the early days of America. Representative Collier filed an amendment simply asking that these terms be removed because of their historical meaning and significance, so that they would not come back into prominence and used against black students. Simple. A simple amendment. Her co-worker, Texas State Representative Candy Noble walked up to that microphone with a shit eating grin that only appears when a horrible person is about to say some horrible things and looked her co-worker in the eye and said “I love you, but you’re wrong, because I Googled it.” I will never know what it is like being a black person in America. I can listen, I will always strive to understand, and I will always fight, but I will never truly know. I do know what it means to be a GOOD person, however, and what I have shared below is just a tiny snippet of the pure disgusting evil that has permeated this entire Texas Legislative session. I am ashamed of my state, I am ashamed of my country, and I am ashamed honestly of my fellow white people who have chosen to ignore the uncomfortable realities of systemic racism, which by proxy have allowed women like Candy Noble to walk up and say what she said with a straight face. We can BE better, we can DO better. We HAVE to. And in case you are wondering, the motion to table the amendment passed - because of course it did. Maybe if there had been 15 commandments instead of ten, there would’ve been room in there to add one that said don’t be an insufferable ass hole. Because these people could definitely use *that* lesson.

250426 #KAI Ktwon4U Fansign Jongin we love you so much, you're gonna make me cry 😭🤍 🧸: It feels like i'm the one getting comforted, everyone. First of all, while preparing for this album, i was short on time, because i could've rested first or prepare more thoroughly (before doing a comeback)... but because of our fans who had been waiting, and also because i missed you so much, i couldn't wait... so, i came back as soon as possible. (While preparing for the album) there are parts that could've been done better, and i felt various things, but none of that really matters because after seeing our fans made me realize once again that there is nothing better than this. So today's memory will become the energy and driving force that'll allow me to do activities as a singer even better and even happier. Today's moment feels truly meaningful to me... *covers face* that's how precious you all are to me... whenever we do fansigns, the time to talk is short, some forget the ment they prepared because they're nervous, or because of language, even though i want to fully understand, but there are times where i can't... there are various situations like that, but while looking at each of your faces and each of your eyes, i can feel all of our EXO-L's heart. That's why, because i'm feeling that heart again after 2 years... it feels like i received blood transfusion ㅋㅋㅋ it's like my heart is beating again ㅋㅋ So i'm going to wrap up this album and the concert well, and let's make unforgettable memories. I'll do my best so we don't have to be separated anymore~ and as always i'm thankful, as always i love you, i missed you!ㅠㅠ

[🥀🪷] Wrote this as an archive because I finally had free time to put my thoughts about them into words, even if it’s a little late. You don’t have to agree with what I wrote here, just as I don’t expect everyone to read them the way I do. This is simply how Murong Qingyi and Ren Susu have always been to me. I’ve always loved stories where two people understand each other better than anyone else in the world, because they’re also the only two people capable of hurting each other that deeply. We all know that Qingyi and Susu do not love in the same direction. We also know that, despite how similar they are, they learned completely different ways to survive. They’re mirrors of each other. Both carry wounds that began long before they met. Both learned sacrifice. Both spent years believing their own happiness mattered less than everyone else’s. And yet, somewhere along the way, their hearts arrived at opposite conclusions about what love is supposed to look like. This is where they begin hurting each other without ever intending to. When Qingyi senses distance between them, his instinct is always to move closer. Not because he wants to control her, but because closeness has always been his way of loving. If someone he loves is suffering, he wants to stand beside them. If they’re carrying something heavy, he wants to carry it with them. If they’re walking into danger, his first instinct is to follow. Susu is the exact opposite. The moment she realizes the person she loves might get hurt because of her, her instinct is to step away. Not because she loves them less, but because distance has become her way of protecting the people she loves. She would rather carry everything alone than watch someone else bleed in her place. And so, without either of them intending to, they begin moving in opposite directions while chasing the very same thing, a love that feels safe enough to stay. What makes this so sad is that neither of them is choosing fear over love. It is that both of them loved with everything they had, but each had learned a different way of protecting that love. Qingyi isn’t trying to pressure her. Susu isn’t trying to reject him. Both are speaking the language of love. They simply aren’t speaking the same dialect. To Qingyi, love means staying. To Susu, love means leaving before staying becomes another tragedy. To Qingyi, sharing someone’s burden is the purest form of devotion. To Susu, becoming someone’s burden is the greatest fear she can imagine. So every time Qingyi helps her, Susu mistakes it for yet another sacrifice she is asking him to make. And every time Susu disappears, Qingyi experiences another loss he cannot understand. Yet the comfort one seeks becomes the discomfort the other experiences, leaving them to mistake protection for pain. Qingyi finds safety in knowing that someone chooses to stay, even when life becomes difficult. Having grown up questioning whether he would ever be chosen, he comes to equate permanence with love itself. To stay, despite everything, is not merely what he longs for. It is how he loves. Susu finds safety in making sure the people she loves have the chance to survive, even if that survival no longer includes her. After carrying guilt for so many losses, love becomes inseparable from sacrifice. In her heart, devotion is measured by what she is willing to give up, until leaving becomes the greatest kindness she believes she can offer. So love becomes something they keep missing, not because it isn’t there, but because they keep meeting it from opposite directions. Qingyi sees distance and feels another unanswered question. Susu sees closeness and feels another life she might destroy. Neither of them is responding to the present. They’re responding to the stories trauma has been whispering to them since they were children Qingyi asks, “Will you choose me this time?” Susu asks, “Will you still alive if I do?” Those two questions are sad because neither of them is wrong. Both fears are profoundly human. Both were born long before they ever found each other. Yet to call it incompatibility would be too simple. What stood between them was not the absence of love, but the presence of fears neither of them knew how to name. It’s sad because their deepest fears are perfectly designed to trigger each other’s. His greatest fear has always been losing the person he loves without understanding why. Her greatest fear has always been becoming the reason the person she loves loses everything. So, he moves closer. She moves away. This is the point where they begin to wound one another. Both believe they’re loving correctly. The same moment calls for closeness in one heart and distance in the other, leaving them to mistake each other’s protection for rejection. But love was never about asking him to stop staying or asking her to stop protecting. It was about helping them understand the fear hidden beneath each other’s choices. They have to see each other not as the enemy of their needs. They were simply same person, but both are shaped by different wounds and protecting themselves in the only language they have ever known. Because in the end, it was never that Qingyi and Susu didn’t love each other enough. It was that they were both trying to protect the person they loved and simply searching for safety in love, each in the only way their heart had ever learned. One stayed. One left. Neither choice came from the absence of love. Both came from quiet hope. They were never standing on opposite sides of love. They were simply standing on opposite sides of fear. They are not simply one person who chases and another who runs. They are two damaged people whose deepest fears are perfectly designed to trigger each other’s. Perhaps it was never about changing the way they love. It was about trusting the very thing they had feared their entire lives, that someone could stay without abandoning them, and someone could stay without being destroyed by loving them. Qingyi believes that if he can endure enough, love will survive. If he can bear enough pain, make enough sacrifices, stay through every storm, then perhaps no one will leave him again. But love was never asking him to prove how much he could survive. It was asking him to trust that he did not have to carry everything alone. Susu has mistaken fear for love for so long that it has become the language through which she loves. She calls it cowardice, because leaving feels easier than watching the people she loves suffer because of her. If she had loved Qingyi a little less, perhaps she could have spoken the words she kept swallowing. She might have trusted him with the truth instead of trying to protect him from it. But she loved him so completely that silence felt kinder than asking him to bear the unbearable weight of loving her. In Jane Austen words, “If I loved you less, I might be able to talk about it more.” Susu believes love means protecting Qingyi from herself. Qingyi believes love means protecting Susu from everything else. Neither realizes that love cannot thrive when one person is always the protector and the other is always the one being protected. At some point, they must trust each other enough to become partners instead of martyrs. Because the truth is, there was never a version of their story where no one paid a price. Love had already asked something of them both. The only question was whether they would face those consequences separately, each trying to protect the other in silence, or together, with open hearts, clear eyes, and the quiet peace that comes from choosing one another even when the future cannot be promised. Also, I don’t agree with everything Qingyi and Susu did. Sometimes I wanted to scream at both of them, moments I wished they had chosen differently. But perhaps that’s what makes them feel human. They aren’t defined by perfect decisions, but by deeply human ones, choices made in fear, in love, and in the desperate hope of protecting each other. Once you understand the fear beneath their choices, it’s much harder to reduce either of them to hero or villain. So, please… go easy on them. They’ve gone through so much. ❤️‍🩹 “Who loves who more?” At this point, I think it’s safe to say the person suffering the most in this relationship is me.
