Face/Off. 1997 / John Woo

That shot with the mirrors is genius

Face Off is a great movie, The Replacement Killers is something I remember being pretty good as well….

Suuuuch a cool play on Woo's usual cop-criminal dynamic.

This specific scene was spectacular because, in the movie, their faces had been swapped, so when they looked in the mirror at that moment, they saw the person they actually wanted to shoot and kill, rather than the face they were currently "wearing".

the craziest part is how much time they spent making travolta look like cage and cage look like travolta. they could have just had the actors pretend, but woo wanted to make it more realistic

I want to take his face.... of

Seeing this in theatres was unreal.

They don't make movies like this anymore

If you’ve never seen it before go watch this movie right now 🔥🔥🔥

This choreography... I laugh and I laugh every time xD

It’s good but campy.

🔥

Oh I finally understand now
