Two big misunderstandings: 1. The highway between Oman and the UAE crosses through all of the mountains so freight is not an issue. 2. It's almost impossible to buy guns in the UAE so no matter how angry the expats are, there's not much they can do other than leaving the country.

I'm in Dubai, supermarket prices didn’t spike. Yes we have alarms before midday but nothing crazy. We don’t even hear from Dubai Marina the interceptions 🚀 so… meh 🤷🏻‍♂️ Airport functions are affected but nothing crazy. If someone is stranded in Dubai catch a bus to Muscat and ✈️
