So... they can abuse, starve & neglect detainees as long as they send them to the hospital, or deport them before they die, & there will be no accountability? 👉 18 detainees have died in ICE custody in the first 5 months of 2026. This includes both detention centers & ICE Processing Centers. 31 people died in ICE custody in all of 2025, showing a rise in deaths. The majority of the deaths were attributed to complications from existing health conditions, natural causes, or suspected suicides. At least one death was officially ruled a homicide by asphyxiation. 5 of the deaths so far this year have been ruled suicides, compared to 5 total for the entire year of 2025, showing an alarming trend. ICE gets paid an average of $160 per inmate, per day, plenty to properly care for them. Neglect & corporate greed killed these innocent immigrants. NEW: The city of Denver has released video showing ICE chasing down & arresting a suspected Tren de Aragua gang member who had just been released from jail after Denver refused to hand him over to ICE inside the safety of facility due to sanctuary policy. Instead, he was street released and fled upon seeing ICE agents. ICE says he assaulted an agent while being taken into custody. 9NEWS Denver reports that ICE requested a 48 hour heads up on his release, but they received that notification from the Denver Co. jail 90 minutes beforehand via email. ICE says it makes no sense for sanctuary policy to ban transfers inside the jail, where it is safer for everyone. In this case, six ICE officers had to show up to apprehend the uncuffed TdA gang member after he was released from the jail. Denver Mike Johnston says he reached out to ICE yesterday and is asking to sit down with them to discuss “best procedures” moving forward.

This detention center is notorious and accounts for the majority of deaths in ICE custody. No corporation should be allowed to profit from caging people with our tax dollars. It’s time to cut any funding for this cruelty especially when our hospitals are shutting down and schools lack critical funding.

On April 8, ICE conducted an operation in Salem, Oregon, to arrest illegal alien Cristobal Felipe-Sarmiento. Sarmiento has a violent criminal history, including felony rape and sodomy. Anti-ICE activists doxxed all of the vehicles used in this operation, claiming that agents “kidnapped” an innocent community member. ICE said in a statement that Sarmiento “is who activists want to “protect.’” He will remain in ICE custody pending removal, the agency said.

I went to Minnesota last week after a mother was shot and killed by ICE. Today, another person was shot and killed in broad daylight. If Minnesota is where the fight for the soul our nation is going to be then I will go back again and again until ICE is out of Minnesota.
