Fact Check: Are you aware of what the AN/ALE-55 FOTD that is carried on every single F-35 and F/A-18. These have been recovered on the ground repeatedly. This F/A-18 doesn't look to have been hit and its flight path isn't even altered.

Lie by omission. They said nothing was shot down. Never said it wasn't hit. The shot seemed to glance the rear. No clear damage is seen, and it pulls a turn and levels out on a clean flight path indicating no serious control related damages. Could have still caught shrapnel.

No fire. No ejection. No downing. Instead it continued to fly around
