The correct term is POLYGYN not POLYGAMY. Most people confuse these simple terms. POLYGAMY is when a man/woman is married, and has other partners besides the husband/wife. Polygyn is when a man marries more than 1 wife, the wives are loyal to him. Opposite of POLYANDRY
