The dog is on the battery box, soaked, then jumps into the standing water and runs the length of the leash like it is trying to get out of its own skin. The cab is right there. The driver is not. The door says Diamond Express, Spearman, Texas. USDOT 3968735. That number is on the truck for a reason. Companies do not get to hide behind a logo while a dog sits in the rain like cargo. You do not bring an animal on the road so you can park it outside while you eat. Call the company. Call animal control where this lot is. Make them answer for it. H/t Bonehead Truckers
