Fake ass shit, for anyone who doesn't already know this is from the YouTube channel Patty Mayo. He's an actor, everyone you're seeing in this video is a paid actor. This is taking place in a fictional town in like Oregon I think. Dude basically found a loophole to impersonate an officer.
