Kan Hebrew reporter added: “The transfer of trucks into the Strip is not a solution to the hunger in Gaza. The hunger stems from the way the distribution itself is carried out — many don’t get access to it. This is a moral and ethical failure. No less than that, it is a strategic, diplomatic, and public-relations failure, the consequences of which are already visible today. It will impact Israel’s global standing for many years to come.”

I left the gym for the sake of Allah. No Muslim should be training at the Gym. The music, free mixing and half naked women. The Prophet ﷺ said: “You will never leave anything for the sake of Allah but that Allah will replace it with something better” Today, I decided to start training outside. So I set out to leave for the park, And when I got there, it was closed. But that didn’t stop me. I decided to do some exploring and I found myself a spot to do some pull-ups and some pushups, And got to training. 3x Pull ups to failure 3x Push ups to failure 3x Tricep dips to failure 3x Bicep Body Curls to failure 3x 2 min Skipping 5x 100m Sprint. I don’t know if this form of training is superior, sooner or later I’ll find out. but it felt amazing to train without having to see half naked women and listen to music. Would you do the same?

A lot of people suggested I try steamed eggs in my instant pot and I discovered there are definitely some advantages. I only need a cup of water and since I use filtered water, it’s a lot less taxing. Peeling the eggs is about 20% easier than my method. The biggest drawback I can think of is it might be harder to get the eggs exactly how I want since I’m cooking in one minute increments. For example, these three minute, low pressure eggs had perfect jammy centers and I wanted it a little bit runnier. Will two minute eggs get it there or will it be too runny. I guess I’ll have to see.
