This is Hinglaj Mata Mandir, lovingly known among the Baloch as Naani Ka Mandir, a sacred place where hundreds of thousands of devotees come every year to seek the blessings of Ma Bhavani. Here, devotees raise their voices without fear: Jai Shri Ram! Jai Hinglaj Mata! They journey across the highways, roads, deserts and mountains of Balochistan with confidence not because they are strangers in a foreign land, but because they are our honoured guests. The Baloch have a proud tradition of hospitality. A guest is a responsibility, a guest is an honour, and a guest must be protected. No pilgrim should ever have to live in fear of being abducted, harassed or intimidated while travelling through our land. Balochistan is a land of ancient civilizations, diversity and coexistence. We respect every religion, every faith and every community. Our doors remain open to those who come in peace, devotion and friendship. Hinglaj Mata Mandir is far more than a sacred temple. It is a living symbol of our shared civilization, religious harmony, tolerance and mutual respect. We take immense pride in protecting this sacred heritage of the Hindu faith and ensuring that generations to come can worship here freely and with dignity. We are proud to announce that Hinglaj Mata Mandir will be expanded and developed to welcome the largest gatherings of devotees in the years ahead. The Republic of Balochistan will work to provide the necessary facilities including spacious parking, accommodation, markets, tourism infrastructure and essential services so that pilgrims and visitors can experience their journey with comfort, dignity and peace. And beyond the temple lies the breathtaking Hingol National Park, one of the great natural treasures of Balochistan, where the beauty of mountains, deserts, rivers and coastline comes together in one extraordinary landscape. To every devotee, every pilgrim and every visitor: Come without fear. Come with faith. Come as our honoured guest. The people of Balochistan welcome you with an open heart. Welcome to Hinglaj Mata. Welcome to Hingol. Welcome to the Republic of Balochistan.

During Partition, when people fled with fear and uncertainty, a Sindhi grandmother made a quiet, extraordinary choice. She carried with her stones from the land around Hinglaj Mata — not as relics, not as symbols, but as faith. Those stones were later carved into idols. And for generations, they have been worshipped every day inside a home mandir in India. Hinglaj Mata is the Kuldevi of the Sindhi community — a truth many don’t know, even today.
