So apparently the fruit isn’t actually fake (though I totally believed this for the longest time) but it’s just unripe or going bad so the fruit turns into a more rubbery texture or seems less ripe and just overall tastes gross hope this helps

It's not uncommon for fruits to become rubbery when they're overripe among other things not everything is a conspiracy people lol

All modern bananas are genetically modified organisms, just like apples and oranges and corn and cucumbers and every other thing that is available in a standard grocery store. Real Bananas are actually very small. 👍
