That is not an angel holding a skin suit. It is St Bartholomew who was skinned.

I think he's finally got something here. Crazy times we are living in.

That’s not an angel. It’s Michelangelo who painted himself there.

I don't think that's meant to be an angel. More likely it's meant to be Saint Bartholomew who was skinned alive.

This massive Fresco painting on the far wall of the Sistine Chapel in Rome is called The Last Judgment. The “skin suit” you refer to is said to be a self-portrait of the artist, Michelangelo!

it's in the bible. Jud 1:6  And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting "chains"G1199 under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Chains means: suits of skin and ligaments of the body. (our meat suit)

The skin refers to his martyrdom: Saint Bartholomew was flayed alive and beheaded on an evangelical mission to the East. Thus, tanners and artisans who worked with animal skins venerated Saint Bartholomew, making him their patron saint.
