“Tehe start over” *some say after that, poor Thomas didn’t fall back asleep till 5 am, but mostly that was cause of the doomscrolling he ended up going onto*

Literally, how do you know this about me

Heyyy, it’s Remy! :D

Oh good, it's not just me. It's so weird when that happens, right? I literally had this problem just last night (By the way, you okay after the hurricane?)

You should ask Sleep to wear less reflective glasses, because they show the empty bed where character Thomas is supposedly laying. 😅 I know it's petty but I love finding this stuff in movies and such, it's the seal of quality of the unique craft work these videos always have.

A rare mistake for me… I think that’s as close to an apology as you’re going to get from Sleep lolol 😅🖤

wellness check!! are you doing okay as hurricane helene makes landfall? category 4 is no joke!

And then it happens for the second time 😭😭 my body really thinks I’m falling off a whole entire building too

THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME! I’m lying in bed, and despite not moving an inch, I feel like I’m falling for a split second and I jolt awake.

Fun Fact: This phenomenon is called a hypnic jerk, sometimes called a hypnagogic jerk. It affects about 70% of the population and is theorized to be caused by stimulants like caffeine, anxiety, excessive stress, or, ironically, a lack of sleep. The hyonic jerk itself is benign.
