Madam, hope you did discuss corruption,nepotism,favouritism and mismanagement in our Judiciary systems and judicial over reach by many Justices in Executive and Parliament functions-duties? 2. Respected Madam, ₹.15/- crores cash was recovered( or was it more then ₹.50-100/- crores) from #JusticeYashwantVarma residence by Delhi Fire Brigade and they also did videography of cash recovered from one of room of Justice Yashwant Varma Bungalow. Electronic media and Print media also reported extensively of this cash recovery. 3. There after Hon SC CJI Justice #SanjeevKhanna urgently convened emergency meeting of #Collegium which decided to transfer Justice Yashwant Varma to Allahabad High Court. This was officially objected by Allahabad HighCourt Bar Association through press statement. Without ₹.15/- crores or more crores cash recovery video shown to Hon SC CJI and Collegium Judges present in emergency meeting, the Collegium would would not have met so urgently and Collegium would not have ordered probe and transfer of Justice Yashwant Varma? Now why this coverup attempts and exercise by vested interests in Bar and Bench ? 4. The shameless news agency Press Trust of India release fake news and fake statement of Delhi Fire Department Chief Atul Garg saying no cash recovered and no videography done or available of such cash recovery. Which was fake and false. 5. PTI falsely reported that Delhi ChiefFireOfficer AtulGarg denied that there was any cash seizure from the Judges residence. But next day Atul Garg denied ever having made such a statement! In the light of his denial PTI’s report was a fake. Harish Salve managed Bombay HC Judge Thipsay to grant stay on Mumbai Session Court conviction with 5 years jail term verdict for #SalmanKhan for killing people sleeping on Mumbai footpaths. Salve managed to obtain stay from Bombay HighCourt Judge Thipsay on conviction & 5 years jail term for SalmanKhan on the same day Mumbai Session Court had given verdict. Without placing Sessions Court verdict copy or any documents before Bombay HC Judge Thipsay but only based in oral arguments HarishSalve got stay on Jail term for SalmanKhan. Did Thipsay become Judge from Sports category quota and BTW Thipsay used to work as Junior in #HarishSalve firm before becoming Judge. ? 8. The biggest irony is just few days before his retirement some Judge Joshi in Bombay HC fully acquitted SalmanKhan from charges of killing people sleeping on Mumbai footpath. Salman Khan final verdict was given by Justice Joshi on 11/12/2015 and Judge retired on 19/12/2015. It is alleged in Mumbai that tons of VitM 7-8cr changed hands ? 9. All verdicts given by all Judges in Supreme Court and High Courts Judges, just 6-8 months before their retirements should be probed and reviewed by independent authority. 👇

As a result of the false allegations that I made threats against the Reform chairman, on the 14th March at 21.30, armed police arrived at my home unannounced - three vehicles, with four armed officers. The previous day, I had arranged with the police to voluntarily give up my guns. So as you can imagine, to have armed police suddenly arrive on my doorstep late at night was a deeply stressful situation. I am a farmer. Farmers have guns, all entirely legally. There is nothing unusual about it. The officers stayed until 23.38. They confiscated my guns and left. I have a large collection, so it took some time - a wheelbarrow was required. I of course fully cooperated, and now that the investigation has been dropped I look forward to having my guns promptly returned. I do not blame the officers involved, I blame Reform - their disgusting weaponisation of the criminal justice system had very real life consequences, for me and my family. In 2008, 1,100 journalists each deposited ₹200,000 into our Jawaharlal Nehru Journalists Housing Society account in 2008, the JNJMACHS Society paid ₹12.33 crore to Govt. Instead of directly buy the land, we paid to Govt, under the belief that we would acquire land—worth ₹3,50,000 for just ₹200,000 at the government rate and develop a Journalists Colony. Ha! Sunday showed me flames trying to get home from the #ArsenalChampionsParade. 😭 I must have walked close to 20km, up and down the parade route, at snail's pace among tens of thousands of Arsenal supporters. Every station around my area seemed to be shut, Canonbury, Angel and even stations much further away. The crowds were simply massive. In the end, I took a gamble and walked all the way to King's Cross St Pancras. When I finally got there, thousands of us were met by locked iron mesh gates. After about an hour of waiting, the gates suddenly opened and the crowd erupted into Arsenal chants as if we'd just scored a last-minute winner. 😂 By then, I was absolutely bursting for a pee and my main objective in life had become finding a toilet somewhere. I eventually got home just after 8pm, having left my viewing spot shortly after the parade buses passed at around 3:30pm. To add insult to injury, when I finally reached Laindon, the rail replacement bus to BasVegas shut its doors right in front of me because it was already full. 😭 By the time I got home, my body was aching. I was hot, sweaty and sticky. Taking off my Arsenal jersey was a mission because it had practically glued itself to me thanks to a lethal combination of deodorant and sweat. A cold shower cooled me off a bit. I was also becoming increasingly irritable because I was starving. All I'd eaten the entire day was a packet of crisps. The two very warm ready-mixed gin and tonic cans I'd managed to buy along the way weren't helping either, they just made me even more tired. The Berliner Prosecution / #Staatsanwaltschaft is a criminal organization, see for yourself: Recap: 02/14/23 Called Polizei Berlin to get rid of Helena Miller for stalking and harassment, she defamed / lied about a mental illness (psychosis) allegedly caused by my last remaining pain medicine (cannabis) Note: I showed my prescriptions and dosage plan, witnesses by my wife. Police obtained a search warrant and ambushed me while leaning peacfully by the window in my daughter's bedroom ventilating the apartment as always. They then lied about the event, and reported that I attacked them, swinging and kicking, (see bloodstains in the corner). Here the injuries I sustained: They first tried to suffocate me, no attempt to make an arrest were made, then a POK Annika Fischer tried to break my neck while four others pinned me down on all for limps, and whole lot more, see link above. I got booked in a psych ward at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin Station 155, and put on COVID-Isolation after they did a test upon arrival. Helena Miller called the station, which ended up issuing a diagnosis without ever seeing me. See my videos starting on 16.02.23 from the psych ward after my wife brought me my phone below. Better Karma sent the Bezirksamt Mitte Social Psychiatric Service after contacting them on 01.06.23. The next day 02.06.23 right after my morning rehab training, I got greeted by a frantic Leni Hoellerer together with the Polizei Berlin pressing me to let them in to talk. When I refused and dismissed them to go and check my mailbox instead with my coffee mug in hand, I got put in cuffs in front of my neighbors. Despite my demands to be uncuffed and let back up, they drove me to the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin. The same doctor, C. Müller, who already issued the false diagnosis told me that I have to stay per judges orders. After a short phone call, I received my US Passport back and left. The reason for the PsychKG application, based on self endagerment, prolonged tanning (sun exposure) and not consuming enough fluid as reported by Helena Miller on 01.06.23, was ruled unlawful by Judge Arukaslan on 02.06.23. I filed a Polizei Berlin report against Leni Hoellerer and Dr. Biernaht of the Social Psychiatric Service, but the prosecution denied the investigation, because of self endangerment not drinking enough and exposing myself to the sun too much, at 10AM in the morning. Essentially the exact wording used by Dr. Biernaht after a call with Helena Miller. Here that story: Note: The prosecution should have had enough evidence to close any case against me, hand over my unlawfully seized medicine, and investigate Polizei Berlin A56, holding sufficient evidence since 23.03.23. However, a prosecutor Weidemann offered me a deal on 11.04.23, saying that she would close the case, if I consent to having my medicine permanently seized and do not press criminal charges against those criminal cops from 14.02.23. After being humilated and embarrassed infront of my neighbors and having my personal rights violated once again, we got a visit from a BMBFSFJ employee M. Waelisch and Bezirksamt Mitte Leni Hoellerer on 30.06.23. During the meeting, M. Waelisch kept pressing me to sign some "family help", and then threatened that we might lose custody, that our child might have to live in a foster home if I refused to sign, and that he would report to family court that our daughter is endagered here at home. After that we got a visite from a Ariane Wichmann, who coerced my daughter to let her in to question her while I was out grocery shopping. I audio recorded the meeting with her for my legal protection at this point. Despite a clear 30 minute conversation, holding the audio files, she falsely reported that she had to limit me, and that I was psychotic, something the audio files clearly debunk. Then came the court date 27.09.23 on my wife's day off, I called a day before to cancel the hearing, because the case is inherently and obviously unlawful. However, when I told judge Bergmann that the case is unlwaful, and objecting the presentaton of false evidence by Ariane Wichmann and M. Waelisch, I got ejected from the court room. The judge then coerced my intimidated indigenous Mexican wife to chose between me at home or our daughter in a foster home. Here my angry rant from the court house after being ejected, denied my right to be heard: On 10.10.23 while working on making an inlay shelf in the kitchen, removig some drywall I got removed from my home by Ariane Wichmann and Berliner Police. Made homeless without a shower and still injured with a doctors note of incapacitation. Now we are getting to the Family Court, Prosecution and Vivantes Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH crime collusion. Judge Bergmann ordered a psychological exploration for me at the Vivantes Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH Humboldt with a Dr. S. Krüger. I recorded both meetings, the first biographic meeting with S. Krüger on 26.03.24 and the psychological assessment with Dr. Koes on 10.04.24. Now my argument: If cannabis, my last remaining chronic pain management medicine since 2017 would have ever caused a psychosis, mental extreme state, deulsions and paranoia, as well as aggresive behavior, why hasn't it happened on 10.04.24. Also, S. Krüger wasn't even present on 10.04.24, but wrote that she noticed that I was sweating profusely the longer the exploration went. Mr. Koes said that there are no signs of a personality disorder and no psychotic symptoms, and that this is what they would write in the report for Judge Bergmann. I just received a letter today, about a disciplinary complaint against Prosecutor Mali who apparently handled that case 274 JS 1930/23, denying an investigation saying obtaining the report by S. Krüger on 30.04.24 was legal, however the official date of the writte report sent to the Family Court was 27.05.24. Furthermore, the report from 30.04.24 was used to close a case against me for alledegly hitting, kicking, and resisting arrest on the inability to assume guilt.
