Good luck buying that kind of land and builds 4 houses with a "leap of faith." Those animals, pens, fencing, tractor, greenhouses, ECT are NOT cheap.

Where I live, the zoning laws won't allow this. Only one home can be on the property even if it's 15 acres. There's got to be a way to work around that bs.

I would hope they have some more modern medicine stocked up besides just relying on “herbs”. That’s all well and good until you die of a simple infection because you don’t have a bottle of penicillin around.
