I have been preaching 📌 As a man, you're above your woman which means you're her God on earth. So how do you expect her to see you when you're constantly lamenting to her about your problems? Women are hypergamous by nature, which is why they settle for men who are better than them because they see them in a position to lead and solve all their problems. This little girl was measured for a ride at Disney World. The requirement was 44 inches. The park employee gave it a good look but then had her spin around and jump a few times. 🤯 She then told her parents she was too short to be able to get on that ride. Many people said that she was the right height and it is absolutely ridiculous over something like 1MM and that if she wore boots she would have been able to go on. Others said the rules are the rules and it is to protect her from serious injury. My opinion, I would have wanted my daughter on the ride. At that little of a difference I’d sign a waiver. I’d have come back later with boots on her. But that’s me. What do you think? Do you think missing it by that little is serious enough for her to not be able to ride or do you think that’s overreacting and they should have just let her on?

I was talking with a friend the other day about why James Bond has such unbelievable lasting power. Why has this character endured for decades across Cinema & across various actors? What is it about Bond? My takeaway has always been that Bond serves no purpose other than fulfilling his duties as 007. There’s no “world left behind” from Bond, there’s no alternate “what if” life that Bond considers or thinks about beyond being a spy. His only singular purpose for existing on this earth is to catch bad guys & stop them. I think the sort of samurai-esque/lone wolf quality of Bond appeals to so many people, not just men. There’s a stoicism to Bond. He operates under the “whatever happens, happens” pretense. He’s deeply empathetic yet simultaneously totally detached. All of which is failing to mention that Bond does everything with a style that is utterly timeless. “Style” is a word our culture is rapidly losing. “Style” has been replaced with algorithms telling us how to dress. Not Bond. Never Bond. Part of what contributes to Bond’s lasting power is he’s so damn clean & so damn classy. These are qualities that are much harder to come by than you think. I need to know who the next James Bond is & I need to know now.

This could be a life or death moment and that barrier should never stop you from doing the right thing. 911 was called but think about how terrifying that must have been for her not knowing who to trust or where to turn. Sometimes being human is the only language that matters. What would you do?
