Ryan Murphy on what’s next for the “American Horror Story” franchise, following #AHS13: “One thing that I always read from the fans about ‘American Horror Story’ is how about going international with the show? Make it like an international, not ‘American Horror Story’ but ‘Horror Story’. I think that’s really interesting, so I might be working on something like that.”

Following my revisiting of A Plague Tale innocence, here is the very first scene I wrote music for. Although the picture calls for death, the music is slow and warm. The goal was to create a split between the horror of the visuals and the beauty of the innocence from the kids.

The most unique case music-wise would be the dub in Indian languages. They got the show from Funimation but decided not to use the Faulconer score for some reason, and went with the Kikuchi score but placed in the manner of the American dub music.

Ariana Grande should record a special new version of James S. Levine’s “Coven Theme (LaLa LaLa Song)” for the soundtrack of “American Horror Story” Season 13. In 2018, Mac Quayle reinterpreted the song for the return of the witches in “Apocalypse.” The ‘Coven’ characters will be back again this year. While she’s too busy on tour to appear on screen, having Ariana Grande cover the iconic track for “AHS” Season 13 could be the next best thing. Would you be here for it?

Love this. 🙌 The Pontifical Institute for Sacred Music has launched a new video series, "Let's Sing with the Pope", which teaches people Gregorian chant frequently used in Mass. A wonderful mission to expose everyone to the beauty of the Mass. 🙏

Green Memories is another Chrono overworld theme whose beauty lies in its simplicity. The song uses just three instruments: a piano alternating between melancholy and hopeful arpeggios, a lone wind for the main theme, followed by strings for depth. A promise longing for home.
