Fantastic breakdown on Skatt from Theo Ash that touches on something important that I want to share. Sometimes his style is lazily described as “running thru whatever” but when you rly watch him - he’s a highly skilled back, elite at fighting for every possible blade of grass. He... show more

Also he’s like an excellent receiver. Way underutilized. we started running him on wheels before he got hurt but he’s rly got great natural recieving ability as well. We’ll def use him as weapon in screen game/angle routes but If we’re creative we’ll give him some slot work too
@TheoAshNFL Loved this breakdown. There really is a lot more to his game than just bowling ball
Yeah the acknowledgment of his arm usage was good, he’s constantly using every part of his limbs to advance
@TheoAshNFL Agree this was really good breakdown my favorite was running between Q and JE
@TheoAshNFL He rly uses size to advantage and gets small and hides all the time (unlike another back in our roster that runs like an Olympic sprinter) he’s always coiled n runs in really great low balanced stance
@TheoAshNFL We are very spoiled to have some of the players we have right now
Yeha I give Joe plenty of shit but skattebo at 105 overall is such an incredible pick
@TheoAshNFL His intelligence is analogous. He presents as a knucklehead but what he actually says is often insightful and nuanced.
@TheoAshNFL His receiving ability was utilized like crazy at ASU, I’m surprised it went as unnoticed as it did in the draft process
@TheoAshNFL if you like this, watch his run against utah when he was at asu.
@TheoAshNFL The cut and raise your pads high for the trick and the lower in for the finish. A lot easier in rugby. Great setup from Skatt.
@TheoAshNFL He's a rare RB talent, agree ,his first cut and angles are deceptive.
@TheoAshNFL The jump cut is so powerful I love when he sets guys up with it
@TheoAshNFL It’s his finishes that are brutal. Smart player!
@TheoAshNFL He's white. So lazy people with prejudice just went with "tough meathead". Of course the truth is he's an elite athlete and skilled RB.
@TheoAshNFL The biggest risk I see to his determination while running through "whatever" is a higher than avg severe injury risk. He wants to keep plowing with his knees
@TheoAshNFL Dude is an animal. Old fashion running style.
@TheoAshNFL He also has excellent vision. Part of the reason he plays so physical is because he can see where the hits are going to come from, he just chooses to power into them.
@TheoAshNFL Unreal balance
@TheoAshNFL Hes an absolute beast & u said it, hes the perfect combo of a finesse crafty elusive runner & a mack truck barrelling thru guys. Thats a real tricky thing for defenses to get a handle on. Is he gonna dodge duck dip dive & dodge, or is he gonna just plow right through us? Love it
@TheoAshNFL The Quinnen play is wild. Great breakdown
@TheoAshNFL This kid might be one of my favorite players to watch
@TheoAshNFL “It’s not a stiff arm” called a truck fam
@TheoAshNFL @SeanyMac884
@TheoAshNFL
@TheoAshNFL Wow that was a great breakdown letting everyone know that Skatt is a all around back
@TheoAshNFL Great work dawg
@TheoAshNFL Can you remind me...how many wins did you predict the Giants would have this year?
@TheoAshNFL No
@TheoAshNFL You’re gassing it
@TheoAshNFL Yup!! Let’s go big blue!!
@TheoAshNFL What a fantastic and detailed breakdown
@TheoAshNFL Top 15 RB in the NFL easily
@TheoAshNFL The Jalen Brunson of running backs. Foot work and angles.
@TheoAshNFL Dudes career is not long. I do give him credit for his hard running
@TheoAshNFL insane
@TheoAshNFL 🔥
@TheoAshNFL Love scat, but it’s a one yard gain
@TheoAshNFL Ya easy analyzing when it’s not you out there sacrificing your body can you imagine the tolling takes on this kid? He’s already half retarded.
@TheoAshNFL Yo wtf with that cut on Williams back lol that’s the first time I’ve ever seen that in my 23 years of watching ball lol that was unbelievable
