It was #OTD in 2007 that Lou Pinella was ejected from a game for the first time as #Cubs manager. It was Lou’s first year managing the team and the Cubs started the season with a disappointing 22-30 record. The Cubs were trailing 4-3 after blowing a three-run lead and it looked like they would lose their sixth straight game. With no outs, Angel Pagan, the tying run, was at second base. Braves pitcher Rafael Soriano threw a ball in the dirt, Pagan ran to third, but catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia picked the ball on a hop and gunned it to third and Pagan was called out. Piniella then stormed out of the dugout to argue the call to argue with third base umpire Mark Wegner. Lou kicked dirt on Wegner’s shoes, screamed in his face, and kicked his hat multiple times as he was ejected. The Cubs lost the game 5-3 and Lou was suspended for four games.

Gabe Vincent says the 2023 finals Heat team is his favorite squad👀 “Probably that finals run team in 22-23 — everybody was cool with each other, that always makes it easier…if you rocking with somebody and you in the trenches with them…the route that team had to get to the finals was different, it was tough…stuff like that brings you together a little more. I lived in the US for a year back in 2003. Matrix Reloaded came out in May, and the hype around it was seriously insane, beyond imagination. In the movie, the main characters are using this super cool phone, and then in a close-up shot, I spotted the 'Samsung' logo right there on it. It felt absolutely mind-blowing and magical. I came back to Korea full of hope that this thing would actually go on sale worldwide. But later I found out it was only released in the US as a super limited edition of just 5,000 units (or so I heard back then). I was hugely disappointed… but eventually, I tracked one down and bought it from a collector. Even now, looking at it, the design is still so damn cool. I took it to a carrier to try using it for real, but they told me it’s a 2G phone and can’t be used anymore. That was another big letdown, I remember it clearly. Do you guys like the Matrix movies too? I’m a total huge fan!

Grok Build just created a game called Grok Racer for me. The great thing is that I told Grok to use Grok Imagine for the images in the game and it did! That’s fantastic and proves that Grok Imagine can also be used for active game coding. It works well and looks so cool.

A cool trick I found yesterday to avoid all heat buildup and damage from the heat cascade in Outpost. Hopefully, Marathon fixes the timeout simulator mechanic ASAP so we can all sit indoors for ten minutes a run again! FEEL THE RAIN ON YOUR SKIN AND ENJOY IT WHILE IT LASTS RUNNER

You know.......I got to thinking about it the last couple days......LET'S SAY.......IF Richard is telling the truth, and he was seen on Feb 10th, before the image was released, and never seen in area again......... WHAT IF........He was coming from the west or south from her house, with a Backpack......what if he was dumping some stuff that is and has NOW been found by JIM? It would NOT have been there when SAR DOGS checked the area......and they have NEVER checked again......SO it makes sense that "IN PLAIN SIGHT" could be.......somewhere they checked.....scratch off the map, and then come dump in that area........and then it is in plain site but missed!!! BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN CHECKED!!!

If Vanguard's Slow TTK Mode was how the game was in core modes from the beginning, it would've been at least a Top 10 Call of Duty MP. They should've at least had this mode be available throughout the whole year (and kept it in afterwards). Such a shame it was only available for like two weeks.
