Good video but they are factually incorrect on the 10 year instalments which they said carries an interest charge, that is not the case as the 10 year instalment plan is interest free. A good effort but they undermine their points when key things such as this are wrong.

Using Clarksons Farm as the ‘example’ is pretty telling. Clarkson bought the land just to avoid inheritance tax. Not to farm. The very type the Gov’t want to tax because they are inflating land value whilst avoiding tax. You really are fucking dumb.
