Exactly. And most of the farmers don’t observe the withdrawal period which is the space you’re to give after using antibiotics before selling it to consumers.

POULTRY FARMERS 🛑🛑🛑 🎯The Problem Farmers give antibiotics to poultry to grow faster and prevent disease. But, excessive use leads to: 🎯Superbugs Bacteria in poultry become resistant to antibiotics. When we eat infected poultry, these superbugs enter our bodies. 🎯Resistance Spreads Our bodies can't fight these superbugs with antibiotics. They multiply, making us sick. Antibiotic resistance grows. 🎯The Cycle 1. Poultry get antibiotics. 2. Bacteria become resistant. 3. We eat infected poultry. 4. Superbugs spread in humans. 🎯Consequences Harder to treat infections, longer hospital stays, and increased risk of death. 🎯Solutions 1. Buy antibiotic-free poultry. 2. Support sustainable farming. 3. Practice good hygiene. 4. Use antibiotics responsibly. 🎯Your Role Make informed choices, ask questions, and help stop antibiotic resistance

Summarized version: The overuse of antibiotics in farm animals contributes to the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, which can be transferred to humans through food or direct contact. This resistance can lead to treatment failures, longer hospital stays, and more expensive treatments for infections. Additionally, resistant bacteria can spread through the environment, further exacerbating the problem. To address this, experts advocate for reducing unnecessary antibiotic use in agriculture, improving farming practices, and enforcing stricter regulations to protect public health and combat resistance.
