You are leaving out a MAJOR piece of the story. At first, every Dem city was fully compliant with ICE, as was the norm. But then, ICE massively overreached, started raiding schools/churches, arresting, beating, and murdering innocent ppl. Thats when Dems stopped ICE cooperation.

Those are only net migration numbers, not deportations. Gross immigration is still high at 813,000 in 2025 (mostly non-EU at 627,000), but people emigrating is high at 642,000 with the majority being British nationals (246,000) and EU citizens (118,000).

Pretty sure that Obama’s numbers include people being turned around at the border
