I was ok with this as a Cameo but he was really in to much of the movie, they exposed way to much of the cgi

This was a bad bad idea. I liked Romulus but there certainly were some questionable decisions, this being one of them. They could have brought in Lance Hendrickson or Micheal Fassbender or cast another new android to play Rook. Nostalgia bating was the worst part of the movie.

It was really bad CGI. They should have just used prosthetics and maybe make his face torn up or something.

Prime isn't the update. The current Disney+ version is closer to the Blu-Ray but much sharper and less uncanny... it isn't nearly as shit - it seems Prime is using the original/older version. They should have just cut the scene out, though.

Blu-Ray definitely looks better. What’s on Prime seems to be the original cut as it needed less light when it was showing theatrically. As the less light there is, the better the CG looks
