@mayaofficialph paki ayos ninyo naman po yung customer service ninyo. My boyfriend is struggling to access to his maya acc. Hindi nmn nya ginagalaw ung app and your customer service is very not helpful. PLEASE it's just a one thing problem, hindi masolve ng maayos.

Maya! ang panget ng customer service niyo! Grabe ang patience ko when it comes sa mga ganito pero grabe na. Nagpachange ng email yung mother ko tapos na change nga pero maling email naman ang pinalit.

Improved help center my ass... Ilang days na ko tawag ng tawag sa cs nyo wala parin nasagot. Nag submit na rin ako ticket tapos pag nag follow-up ako at binigay ung case no. Di daw mahanap ni gigi. Ano bang silbi ng gigi na yan at ng help center nyo
