@Zohaib1981 This, to my mind, is the greatest test innings... The way he counterattacked! If he had batted for 7-8 more overs, NZ could have won! If I am not wrong, Thorpe had created a record of the fastest 200 in the same match, which he broke. Insane stuff. The sound of the shots!

@Zohaib1981 50 in 74 minutes, from 54 balls, 10x4; 100 in 148 minutes, from 114 balls, 16x4, 2x6; 150 in 185 minutes, from 136 balls, 25x4, 3x6; 200 in 217 minutes, from 153 balls, 27x4, 9x6. That's Nathan Astle for you. #Cricket @BLACKCAPS

@Zohaib1981 One of the best test innings played ever.

@Zohaib1981 An absolutely beauty .. a special knock by a very special and delightful player !

@Zohaib1981 How can cairns come so down the order at 10th position?

@Zohaib1981 ANDY caddick ki height wala fast bowler ko age akar six marna was amazing

@Zohaib1981 Amazing all time greatest effort while chasing.. Will never ever fade from anybody's memory who ever witnessed it. Damn

@Zohaib1981 Can you imagine Nathan Astle & Chris Crains batting together for the 10th wicket. 😳

@Zohaib1981 I watched this one live on TV. He was dancing down the pitch virtually every ball and smacking Caddick and Hoggard over long off for what should have been awarded as 12 runs.

@Zohaib1981 What a T20 player he would be...

@Zohaib1981 Remember this match. Had woken up in the morning to watch a WWE special, guess Royal Rumble it was. Got finished and switched to the test match. Absolute carnage, I genuinely thought he will help NZ cross the line. The target was 550 odd
