Fatty liver is not just “fat in liver” ❌ It’s insulin resistance + mitochondrial overload + inflammation ⚠️

Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease is excess fat buildup in the liver but not from alcohol. It´s driven by: • Seed oils • Sugar overload • Processed food • Insulin resistance • Chronic inflammation It can lead to cancer, cirrhosis, and early death.

8. Lift heavy 2–3x/week. Resistance training lowers visceral fat even with no weight loss. More muscle → more insulin sensitivity → less fat storage. Build lean tissue = burn belly fat while resting.

Your blood sugar is aging you faster than cigarettes or alcohol. It wakes you up at 3 AM, destroys insulin and fat loss, and drives fatty liver. 1. Don’t walk 10,000 steps

Hidden liver destroyer lurking in your kitchen It's not alcohol or sugar—the worst offender for many is industrial seed oils loaded with inflammatory omega-6s. Found in mayo, salad dressings, restaurant frying, chips, crackers, protein bars—even "zero sugar" snacks. Excess can spike insulin resistance, inflammation, and contribute to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. People are waking up to ditching seed oils for healthier fats... 1:43 clip inside—eye-opening warning. Better options: Tallow, lard, avocado oil, grass-fed butter. Time-restricted eating may help reverse fatty liver—studies show promise.

6. Eat fermented foods. Improving your gut health reduces: • Insulin resistance • Inflammation • Visceral fat • Cortisol And they´re the best food for it! Eat more plain greek yoghurt with live cultures, kefir and kimchi.

Diabetes & Parasites 🪱 Schistosoma species: Schistosomiasis, caused by Schistosoma parasites, can affect the liver and immune system, leading to inflammation that might indirectly increase the risk of metabolic issues, including insulin resistance. -Chronic infections, including parasitic infections, can lead to long-term inflammation, which may contribute to insulin resistance, a precursor to type 2 diabetes. Retatrutide and reversing insulin resistance and diabetes It’s all right here ⬇️⬇️ It’s all on this video (no you don’t even need to get the research playbook if you don’t want to, but you should) Labs and playbook will be in my stories this evening as well You can’t fix insulin resistance (diabetes) without fixing systemic inflammation They’re not separate problems Inflammation is the root Insulin resistance is the manifestation I’m tired of the Instaexperts and their “magic cures” based on never seeing a patient I’m at over 1 million+ verifiable patients I’m right… I’m ALWAYS right Do you know why? I only speak on what I know and I actually care Run this 90 days and I mean actually do it and HbA1c fasting insulin HOMA-IR etc… All normalize liver fat disappears and biology reverses insulin resistance and diabetes You’re welcome Share this with everyone! Repost this everywhere! Help people! Never Miss Dr Trevor Bachmeyer The Spartan

2. Ditch the industrial seed oils. • Corn • Canola • Soybean • Sunflower • Grapeseed • Cottonseed They cause oxidative stress in liver cells which worsens fat storage and inflammation. Start using olive oil, butter, beef tallow and avoiding processed food.

Regular alcohol intake strongly drives visceral fat gain and fatty liver When you drink, your liver prioritizes metabolizing alcohol above everything else (fat metabolism, glucose regulation, and other key metabolic processes all take a backseat) At the same time, alcohol compromises the gut barrier, allowing more inflammatory signals through, triggering a stress response, and disrupting glucose regulation and insulin sensitivity Over time, that means more visceral fat, an inflamed and fibrotic liver, and impaired blood sugar control

Dr. Pradip Jamnadas breaks it down simply for beginners: Glucose (sugar) in the bloodstream is toxic—it glycates everything (vessels, enzymes, hormones), aging you prematurely. Body's fix? Pancreas pumps insulin to shove glucose into cells (liver, muscle, everywhere). Eat carbs/starch every 2–3 hours? Insulin spikes repeatedly, never fully drops—leading to chronic high insulin (hyperinsulinemia). Result over years: - Insulin resistance (body needs more insulin for same effect) - Fatty liver & dangerous visceral belly fat (glucose → new fat around organs) - Silent metabolic destruction long before diabetes shows up (A1C normal, but damage underway) By diagnosis of diabetes? Often 10+ years of hidden high insulin + early coronary disease. This 6:05 clip is the clearest "insulin-glucose 101" I've seen—why constant grazing wrecks metabolism. Do you eat every few hours (snacks/meals)? Noticed belly fat creep despite "normal" weight? Tried reducing frequency (e.g., 2–3 meals/day) to lower insulin—any energy/weight shifts? What's one carb habit you're rethinking after this? Real experiences only—let's unpack how this shows up in life.
