Minor Lakehouse dlc Spoilers but potentially massive Control spoilers - One of the first documents you find reveals that the Oldest House is still in lockdown in 23. The cobbled together aesthetic of Firebreak makes SO MUCH sense. Theyre still fighting a war of attrition.

I'm conflicted here because Control is a cool franchise and I love the lore and vibes, plus FPS games are definitely fun, but I haven't played online coop in any meaningful way in years and aren't particularly good at it. I hope it has a single player mode with AI teammates too.

I really want to know if there is crossplay and if I can play solo.

Not necessarily the game that I wanted BUT I'll take ANYTHING that shows more of the Control universe or Remedy universe but more so control. I know Alan wake and quantum exist and they are very good and interested but something about Control allures me like a moth to flame

Why co-op? Liked the original but this is stupid
