A person of interest was detained in connection with the disappearance on Tuesday night, but it has not been confirmed whether the person in the video is the same person who was detained. CBS News' Lindsey Reiser spoke with former FBI senior profiler Mary Ellen O'Toole on what this footage could reveal to authorities.
