It certainly makes spotting the uninformed and sheep like masses. I actually like it. You know who not to talk to. They don't know anything and don't suspect anything. I could respect them more if they were actually wearing real protective gear with adequate filtration, but you might as well put a stocking over your head for as much good as those masks will do.

Relatives of mine wore masks on an aircraft recently. I just give up nowadays - people have had over 5 years to educate themselves and if they did not make use of that opportunity, over those 5 years, there is no hope for them now.
