Before his first Cup race at The Rock in 2004, crew chief Tommy Baldwin made Kahne carry an egg around for two days to imagine the amount of pressure he should be putting on the throttle to run fast there. It worked - Kahne finished second in a photo finish, won a Truck race in Rockingham's original revival in 2012, and he'll be back for another try in the Xfinity Series race this weekend.
