If you don’t speak English, you can’t read the rules of the road, which costs lives. One state refuses to comply with this and that’s California. I’m going to do my part to stop a potential tragedy by withholding $40 MILLION in funding from the state until they comply with the order.

Now that California has been found guilty of civil rights violations, the state has a clear choice. Comply with the law and keep our federal funding, or continue to threaten the safety and integrity of female athletics and lose that funding. This should not be a hard decision.
