I am pleased to meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul. We emphasized the importance of strengthening relations between Türkiye and the Kurdistan Region. We also discussed efforts to form a new federal cabinet. We both hoped that the new federal cabinet will promote peace and stability in Iraq, serve all communities without discrimination, and resolve issues between the Kurdistan Region and the federal government on the basis of the Constitution. On the peace process and the disarmament of the PKK, I reiterated my support for the process, and we stressed the importance of continuing the efforts to ensure its success and completion.

Remember, regardless of race, colour, creed, or where you are from, we’re all treated as Australians equally on an individual needs basis, not based on race.” A very clear position by Pauline at this week’s news conference on why she wants to abolish the National Indigenous Australians Agency. This agency is responsible for a budget of approximately $4.5 billion. Despite this, Liberal leader Angus Taylor has attacked Pauline, making the following comments: “If she wants to judge people based on the colour of their skin or their race, One Nation needs to explain that. But our position on this is clear.” This goes further than being a misrepresentation; it is an outright lie. The Liberals are desperate. These are the tactics they’re now resorting to. Their record of failure on immigration and integration speaks for itself. They should not be trusted.

Canada has announced a recruitment program for top research talent and H1B visa holders from the US. Mark Carney: "$1.7B for the world's most talent researchers - a thousand of them and targeted H1B visa requirements from the United States." How does it cost $1.7M per talent?! Where does money go? Top talent goes to the US under O-1 visa. Canada already has visas to attract talent. Immigration isn't the problem. The problem is that talent has nothing to work on in Canada and there isn't sufficient capital to grow and commercialize R&D intensive industries.

Dear Stephen Grootes, can you please explain to us why you are insinuating that AfriForum should be "blamed" for the USA stopping aid to South Africa? How is it humanly possible that you blame a civil rights organisation and NOT the government for their racial-oriented policies? Yes, it's so unfortunate that millions of people won't get access to what the US provides to South Africa. Your attempt at saying this is a result of Afriforum and not the RSA government just once indicates how far up the asses of government the media are. In 2025 we have over 150 race-based laws in this country. The government wants to pass legislation that gives ONLY black businesses more than R100 Billion and the EWC bill that destroyed Zimbabwe aren't serious issues worth raising on the international platforms, according to you... however, Afriforum raising the flag is the issue. So what outcome were you hoping for? For them to shut up and allow race-based laws and EWC to continue so that RSA could still get the R8.4 Billion? You are what is wrong with this country. The order interdicts the City from demolishing or interfering with structures on the property, and from preventing access to it, pending a hearing set down for 10h00 on 16 July. The City will be in court and will respect the legal process, as we always do. Our broader work to restore a safe, dignified and lawful inner city for the people of Johannesburg continues. The video below shows one of the many shops that was operating despite a court order stating it should not, using illegal structures. #RebuildingJoburg #InnerCityReclamation
