Once again, no warrant is necessary to arrest illegal aliens. Why didn't they arrest the partner? The partner is likely also illegal, but if not, arrest him/her for the crime of harboring an illegal alien.

This is my husband that has been giving me tax free money and we live a nice life because he is not a citizen. Think of what a better life you could have not having to look over your shoulder if you just became a citizen. Do you even tell people you’re illegal?
